Why is shipping more expensive?

Our products are 100% silicone and very high quality, so they are heavy! This makes shipping very expensive. We have set a flat rate of $6.99 shipping in order to help cover the cost of shipping and will continue to work hard to reduce shipping costs. 

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day, unused product return policy. Due to the nature of the products we cannot accept products that have been used. No exceptions. You must pay for shipping to return the products. You have 30 days after purchasing to get a full refund. Please email us at hello@ivorycradle.com with your order number and picture of the product to prove it has not been used or opened to initiate a return. The cost of shipping to return the product will be higher than what you paid to receive it due to us setting our own shipping rates.

What kind of materials are in the products?

These products are 100% silicone, BPA free, phthalates free, sustainable products to help not only mealtime, but our beautiful mother earth. 

Why are the bowls shaped differently?

When toddlers scoop it can be hard for them to tilt their spoon up in order to keep all the food in. The lip at the top of the bowl provides a way for them to keep the food in their spoon. This allows for more independent eating and teaching how to properly use utensils while avoiding spills and frustration from both the toddler and parent. This can help as well with young kids who are developmentally delayed and need extra assistance during mealtime to keep food on their utensil.

Do you wholesale?

We do not currently have an option to apply for wholesale on the website. If you would like to contact us at hello@shopivorycradle.com we would love to discuss wholesaling and find a way to get more Ivory Cradle goodness into more homes. 

Where are your products manufactured?

Our pacifier clips are handmade in the US by yours truly, Katie and Heidi. All mealtime products are manufactured ethically in China.
